My partner started seeing Dr. Lurio after we moved to NYC, and the first visit was fine. Six months later he got very sick and spent 45 minutes on the phone with the office being grilled about his symptoms, only for the staff to refuse him an appointment that day. He offered to see anyone in the practice, with no luck. We ended up at City MD, where he was diagnosed with a serious allergic reaction. The neglect from the staff was shocking. Thankfully he's okay, no thanks to them.
