I was set to have my first appointment here today. The location is convenient to my office, so I was hoping to find a new primary care physician, but it did not work out.

Just booked my appointment and the staff was informative and to the point, so far so good. But about an hour later I called to cancel and got hung up on. I cannot rate the doctor since I canceled, and I did so because I found a more affordable option.

The doctor has no openings sooner than 15 days out, and I have a problem that needs attention within a few days. The doctor was rude and hung up on me mid sentence, and the staff was unprofessional and rude too. The Hollywood office feels run down, no office hours are given on their recording, and there is no website.
