I love my doctor, though sometimes it is a real struggle to get an appointment and I have to call several times to book one. Otherwise I adore him. He always takes such good care of me.

This place is a joke. For days I have called nonstop in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the afternoon, and the phone always says the office is closed and to call back later. It is impossible to reach anyone.

I have no idea how this office is still open. I tried to help my elderly mother book a simple appointment and we spent days calling with zero luck. Every time the recording says the office is closed, no matter what hour you try.

Writing this as I hit the 2.5 hour mark waiting for a doctor, feeling inspired. The receptionists do not know how to answer a phone or speak in a remotely decent tone. Attitude and a sour face seem to be part of the experience.
