Mr. Khoa Ngo turned me away because I was 27 minutes late due to a delayed train, and they made no effort to reschedule me for the same day even though I had come all the way from Westchester. Unbelievable. Do not waste your time.

Dr. Koa saw me but never followed up with the phone call about the urodynamics he said he wanted to discuss two weeks after my last visit. I called and never got a response, yet somehow I was booked for the procedure with no discussion at all.

I had an appointment with Dr. Timashpolsky after a referral from my gyno, whom I love. This was the worst experience I have had with a medical provider in at least a decade. She was rude and abrupt, and even tried to get me to buy something.
