One Medical is an excellent primary care practice. There are always doctors available for video calls, and the providers listen and give you the information you need. They have a walk-in lab that's super convenient, and in-person visits start on time. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Terribly dishonest pricing. Unless you're okay paying $100 a minute, like the surprise bill I got, steer clear of One Medical. Questionable coding (code 99203) seems to be standard here.

I was billed $770 for what felt like a brief, roughly 15-minute visit for cold symptoms. It was coded as CPT 99203, a new patient visit usually tied to about 30 minutes.
