Bait and switch! I booked with Dr. Shah on ZocDoc because her specialty sounded like a good fit. Then the office called to tell me I would not actually see Dr. Shah but a PA instead. PAs are great providers, but I had done my research and specifically wanted to see her.

Scam. I booked through Zocdoc at 6am for a 10:15 appointment. Then I got a text saying I had to confirm by calling the office. I called at 9am right when they opened, and they told me they did not have my appointment time on record.

I booked a telemedicine appointment through ZocDoc and spoke with someone the night before to confirm. They gave me no instructions on how to join the call. I had to stop her from hanging up just to ask how it worked, and she brushed it off.

No. She was extremely curt and very judgmental about my medications and medication history. I was looking for a new primary to fill my prescriptions, and needless to say she will not be my future primary care. Do not recommend.
