I'm really let down by DoctorHere and Dr. Hyun Ji Lee. I've been coming to this office for about a year and a half. Recently I got what looked like a scam text message claiming I owed the office money, and it left me uneasy about the whole practice.

Truly awful experience with billing. I got a big bill after my routine annual physical, nothing unusual, just standard blood work and lab tests that should be covered as preventative care. I've been trying to sort it out ever since.

The doctor here is kind and nice, but I've been locked out of my account for three weeks. I can't see my blood test results and I can't book any appointments, and nobody seems able to help. I've emailed and called with no response. I'll have to change my PCP because I can't use their services at all.
