I could go on and on about Dr. Ruda and the wonderful care she has given me over the past 12 plus years. Dr. Ruda seems like a good doctor, but do not come here if you are out of network. I would strongly suggest getting an EOB or the costs up front before anything you plan to have done. For reference, I have BCBS PPO and I had two issues come up.
