The office is very clean and everyone is polite. I've seen Dr. Vincente for 27 years, but this visit I felt rushed out the door. At 47 I think an exam should be more thorough. No blood work was ordered and we didn't really talk things through.

The reception staff were friendly and kind even though they were swamped with work, which is no small thing. I did wait almost half an hour to be seen and they apologized for it. Dr. Franco has a really good bedside manner.
