My visit to the Los Angeles Healthpointe office with Dr. Ghodsian was great. He took me on after my previous doctor retired, so bless him! The one issue was their system going down, which meant my e-scripts didn't reach my pharmacy.

Just got off the phone with office manager Myra Mendoza, who couldn't explain why the front desk told me my appointment was at 10:15 but that I wouldn't actually be seen at 10:15. Myra went on to tell me that everywhere you go there's a wait.

Honestly, this place is a great experience. Everyone is knowledgeable, and even when there's a mistake they're quick to fix it. Any paperwork you need, they get it done. The doctors and therapy are great. I really love the front desk.
