Avoid this doctor, Juan Lemus. He is the primary care provider for my friend who has cancer, and she says it is pointless contacting him for referrals or help getting appointments. He did not advocate for her when she needed it. She waited 5 months for the soonest surgery to remove her tumors. He did not help arrange her chemo when she reached out, and she never got it, nor did he help her get specialists like a GI doctor. Even now that her cancer is stage 4, his office is not responsive to urgent requests. On paper she has a care team of a PCP and oncologist, but in reality no one seems to care.
