First and last time as a patient here. I came in for a medical exam and at first everything looked great. The system is smooth and easy and the price was very reasonable. They also push you pretty hard to leave a nice review.

I needed a PCR COVID test on short notice and the administrator was amazing. He fit me in quickly and efficiently, then pointed me to another location with an opening that worked even better for my schedule. Great customer service!

I've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chung and Dr. Hanif and their office. Booking is incredibly easy and the staff are always friendly and accommodating, even when things get busy. Both doctors are great with patients.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don't trust the five star reviews either, I was asked several times to leave a five star review before my appointment even happened, which is just unethical.

A few complaints. First, no call or note from the front desk about an outstanding balance. No email, no text, nothing modern. Just a letter in the mail saying so.
