Had surgery at Rush on January 5. From the moment the valet took our car until I was discharged, most of the staff were great. I especially want to recognize the nurses, like Maureen up on 13W, for taking such wonderful care of me. The only issue was.

I had a truly awful experience at the Rush ER in Chicago. The facility was filthy. The baby changing stations had feces on them and the whole waiting room smelled like urine and feces. It was completely unacceptable.
