A close friend referred me here. I checked in at 1:55 for a 2 PM appointment and the nurse said he was wide open, so she brought me back to a room. Then I just sat there in agony from my lower back symptoms, waiting and waiting.

This place has slid from great to rock bottom. They don't return calls and they talk about patients behind their backs like they don't matter. They even claimed Dr. Lubenow retired when he actually left after 38 years.

They kept me on monthly anesthetic injections for over a year with zero pain relief. My real problems were completely missed while they just kept shooting me up. Very irresponsible on the part of Dr. Jaycox and Rush University.
