Sadly this practice has really slipped. Dr. Salvador Gutierrez was helpful at first, but my most recent visit was incredibly aggravating.

Dr. Gutierrez himself is a wonderful physician, caring, patient, and truly compassionate. The trouble is the front desk staff, who are shockingly rude and unprofessional. The way they act gives the impression they are indifferent to patients.

Doctor Salvador Gutierrez is not the right fit for older patients; he shows little concern for their mental or physical health. He is the worst doctor I have come across. We put our trust in him with my dad's care, and Gutierrez made no effort to help.

Worst medical group I have ever had to deal with. The doctor never responds and will not call in prescriptions. Nobody in the office ever picks up and they do not return calls either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Reaching them is nearly impossible. The phone rings about five times and then goes straight to voicemail, where you leave a message they never return, so what is the point. We have had roughly six different people try calling and nobody ever answers. Absurdly unprofessional!!!
