Really unprofessional. I was there three hours just to get my insurance confirmed and even had to call their supervisor to verify it. They tried to charge me $150 because they were too lazy to check, when my copay was only $50. Once they finally confirmed it, I walked in and was told everyone was at lunch.

Very rude and disrespectful people. I brought my baby in for a 12 month checkup and the guy was unprofessional and mean, like he didn't know how to handle little ones. I had to fill out two forms and he kept asking me the same things.
