Don't put too much stock in the online reviews about how willing this clinic is to work with insurance or to be LGBTQ friendly. I did a lot of research to find a provider who took Blue Cross Open Access and had the right experience.

Dr. Jacob really knew her stuff. She diagnosed me right away, shared helpful background, and put together a treatment plan we both agreed on. She was punctual and pleasant, and now that I've established with her I won't go anywhere else.
