My husband had foot surgery here and I have to give credit to the staff. Everything was top notch. It was a comfortable place to wait while the surgery was done. The procedure went well and there is truly nothing to complain about.

The woman at the information kiosk on the second floor was rude for no reason. Loud, unpleasant, and unfriendly, she would not get off her personal phone, acting as if I was bothering her by asking where a clinic was located, which is literally her job!

Compared to Rush, Loyola, and University of Chicago, the people at Northwestern's Lavin Family Pavilion are pleasant. Maybe that is because, as of this writing, the Lavin Building is only two months old. I used the internist and the X-ray.
