Dr. Jaramillo herself is an amazing doctor, kind, caring, and generous with her time, which is exactly why the wait runs so long. The front desk, though, is rude and unprofessional. One of the receptionists has no manners and doesn't seem to know how to do her job.

The doctor is nice and I appreciate that she takes her time with patients, but you can show up ten minutes late and still end up waiting at least an hour to get to a room. The longest we've waited was about two hours.
