This practice is a letdown, from the PA to the doctor, if you can even call him that. Most of the time the PA acts like she's the doctor and feeds him information that clouds his judgment. She's very rude.

Dr. Yen only has one office person helping him. She's completely overworked and very forgetful. The PA lacks the skill or the drive to actually help people. They randomly decide to close some days and hours. If you're looking for a new doctor, avoid this one.
