Absolutely awful bedside manner. A friend went in to talk about some worrying symptoms, and this doctor completely brushed off her needs and cut the appointment short once he realized he'd have to refer her elsewhere. Unkind and unfit to care for people, especially in a clinical setting. Do better.

I called for a last minute appointment because I had severely swollen tonsils and trouble eating and swallowing. The office staff greeted me politely, helped set up the visit, and I was seen quickly.

First off, I get why there are so many bad reviews. The receptionist, especially the older lady, is extremely rude and totally unprofessional. Whether on the phone or in person, she makes the other person feel very unwelcome.

If I could give zero stars I would. I even filed a complaint with the Medical Board of California. My mom only has half her heart function because he wanted her to come to his office repeatedly.

I usually have trouble booking appointments because of communication and language barriers. But the receptionists here made it really easy to schedule. They gave me clear information about my appointment and the exact office location. I got all my tests done and finished very quickly.
