The most unprofessional office. We did not even choose this place, the attorney referred us, and we will never use them again or recommend them. The doctor, Hassan Badday, called my 18 year old daughter for a phone appointment and seemed to struggle with the call and kept repeating himself. This is her first time dealing with pain management and she asked questions to understand her options, since epidural shots are serious. If a doctor cannot patiently explain things, maybe he should not be doing this. Patients deserve to ask as many questions as they need. Rude and unprofessional. Dr. Hassan, please actually hang up the phone next time.

Worst place. The doctors are nice but the receptionists are not. They overbook, so even if you arrive on time you wait at least an hour. I told them specifically that I had to get to work and they promised 20 minutes, but every single time they ran over by an hour. Terrible management!!

Truly impressed. They genuinely care and really want to help. I have had 3 visits so far and all were great. Yes I have waited sometimes, but I do not mind when the service is this good and I feel valued. Looking forward to my next visit, and hoping my approvals come through quickly.

He is my doctor and I would recommend Dr. Hasan Badday to anyone looking for a caring, great physician. He listens, has wonderful bedside manner, and is very good with his assessments and treatments.
