The staff really deserve a 5, but a piece of broken equipment knocks it to a 4 overall. Rhianna was awesome, professional and kind even with the blood pressure machine acting up. The cuff squeezed my arm way too tight.

Negative star if I could. I waited 30 minutes in the exam room and never saw the doctor, so I had to reschedule since I had other errands. Then I lost another 10 minutes at checkout waiting for the only front desk person, who was tied up helping another patient with insurance. I gave up, didn't rebook, and walked out.
